What this covers

This policy covers the KudosQuest mini-game, leaderboard, operational analytics, and administrator dashboard.

Information we use

We may process your chosen display name, anonymous visitor and player identifiers, selected character and theme, game mode, distance, duration, ecosystem reached, timestamps, device type, browser family, referring website, broad country code, and technical request data needed to operate and secure the service.

IP addresses

The server may use an IP address transiently to create a keyed cryptographic hash. The raw IP address is not stored in the game analytics database. The hash helps estimate repeat visits and detect abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the game, maintain personal bests, publish leaderboard entries, understand which modes, characters and themes are useful, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and improve KudosQuest.

Public leaderboard

Your chosen display name, score, rank, mode, and character may be visible to other players. Do not use your real name if you prefer not to publish it.

Administrator access

Aggregated analytics and player activity are available only through an authenticated administrator page restricted to an approved account.

Retention and requests

Leaderboard and analytics records may be retained while the service operates, subject to operational and legal requirements. Contact the site operator to request correction or deletion of an identifiable leaderboard entry.
